Pop, soda, cola, whatever you may call it, those sugary carbonated drinks are beyond bad for your teeth. Unfortunately, in a society so addicted to sugar and caffeine, there’s not many dentists that have the persuasive power to get their patients to stop drinking it all together. Therefore, if you do drink pop, do it sparingly. It’s a fact that those who drink 3 or more cans of soda a day have 62% more dental problems including tooth decay and tooth loss.
